If you are experiencing issues with syncing scripts across your devices (iOS, macOS, Android, and web), please follow these steps to ensure that you are logged into the same account on all devices:
1. Check Account Email: Confirm that you are logged into the same account on all your devices by comparing the email addresses in the account settings. If you find that different accounts are used, you will need to align them.
2. Switch Accounts if Necessary: If you are logged in with different accounts, sign out from the incorrect account and then sign in with the correct email credentials.
3. Enable Cloud Sync: To ensure that your scripts are being synced, go to the Teleprompter mobile app settings:
- Navigate to Settings > My Account.
- Turn on Cloud Sync.

Please note that only scripts are eligible for syncing. Videos are not supported by the Cloud Sync feature.
