Full offline mode is available in iOS, macOS and Android versions
Yes! If you're working with confidential or sensitive scripts, Teleprompter.com offers a true offline mode to keep your content stored only on your device.
You can activate this in two ways:
- Turn off Cloud Sync
- Go to Settings > My Account > Cloud Sync and disable the sync. Your scripts will be stored locally only, with no backup on our servers.
- Use the App Without Creating an Account
- Teleprompter.com allows you to use the app with an anonymous ID. If you never register, your data is stored exclusively on the device and is not linked to the cloud.
This gives you maximum privacy and peace of mind. But keep in mind:
If your device is lost, stolen, or damaged, and you’re not using Cloud Sync, your scripts cannot be recovered.
For extra security, consider making local backups manually or switching Cloud Sync on only when needed.
