We understand that sometimes users need to step away. If you’ve decided to delete your Teleprompter.com account, you can do so easily from the mobile app. But before you proceed, please take note of a few important details outlined below.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the Teleprompter.com app on your mobile device
- Go to Settings
- Tap on My Account
- Locate and tap the Delete Account button
For security reasons, you'll be prompted to sign in again to confirm your identity before the deletion process begins. This ensures that only the account owner can make such a critical change. If you signed up using “Sign in with Apple” or “Sign in with Google,” make sure to sign in again using the same method before attempting to delete your account. This ensures that your identity is verified and the correct account is selected for deletion.
⚠️ Please Read Before Deleting:
- This action is irreversible. Deleting your account will permanently erase all data, including your recordings, scripts, and settings.
- We highly recommend double-checking if this is the right decision before proceeding.
Important: Deleting Your Account Does Not Cancel Your Subscription
Deleting your account or removing the app will not cancel any active subscription tied to your Apple ID or Google account. This applies to all apps downloaded through the App Store or Google Play.
