How Can I Change or Update My Payment Method?

Need to update your payment information? No problem! Here's how you can manage your payment method depending on where you subscribed:

For App Store Subscriptions (iOS/macOS):

Apple manages all billing and payment details for subscriptions made through the App Store. To update your payment method, follow Apple’s official guide:

For Google Play Subscriptions (Android):

If you subscribed via the Google Play Store, payment methods are managed through your Google account. You can update them by following this link:

For Web Browser Subscriptions:

If you subscribed using our web version:

1. Log in to your account at app.teleprompter.com
2. Once logged in, click on your profile icon in the top-right corner and go to Billing
3. Or go directly to the billing page after logging in. Click on Update your card information.
