How Can I Import a Video into the Teleprompter.com App?

Importing videos is available on iOS, macOS and Android versions

Already recorded a video and want to edit it or add features like subtitles, background blur, or watermarks? Teleprompter.com lets you import external videos directly into the app for quick and easy editing.

Here’s how to do it:

  1. Open the Teleprompter.com app
  2. Go to the Recordings panel (you'll find it next to the Scripts panel)
  3. Tap the “+” icon in the top-left corner of the screen
  4. Choose the video you want to import from your gallery or files

Tip for macOS Users:

If you’re using Teleprompter.com app  on a Mac, you can also drag and drop your video file directly into the Recordings panel for an even faster import experience.

Once imported, your video will appear alongside your other recordings and can be edited using all of Teleprompter.com’s built-in tools.
