Camera Not Working, Showing Black Screen, Flickering, or an Error Message in Teleprompter.com app?

We understand how frustrating it can be when your camera doesn’t function properly—especially when you're ready to record.  In the meantime, here’s a reliable workaround that can help resolve the issue.

Temporary Fix – Step-by-Step

  1. Open the Teleprompter.com app
  2. Go to Settings > Precision Settings
  3. Locate the 4K recording option and turn it off
  4. Return to the main screen and tap REC to enter the recording view
  5. In the bottom-left corner, tap the camera settings (Resolution icon)
  6. At the top-right corner, tap to turn off Portrait Mode

Once Portrait Mode is off, you can go back to Settings and re-enable 4K if desired.
