Temporary Fix – Step-by-Step
- Open the Teleprompter.com app
- Go to Settings > Precision Settings
- Locate the 4K recording option and turn it off
- Return to the main screen and tap REC to enter the recording view
- In the bottom-left corner, tap the camera settings (Resolution icon)
- At the top-right corner, tap to turn off Portrait Mode
Once Portrait Mode is off, you can go back to Settings and re-enable 4K if desired.
Still Seeing an Error Message? Try This:

- Close the app completely (force stop it):
- Restart your device
